Well hello there friends and family!

Today on OMGLetsBBQ.com we are going over how to make a wonderful easy Guaca”Frohli” for your party needs.  Girls love guacamole because it has a lot of “healthy” fat.  Anything healthy they like.  But onto the recipe.

  • 6 avocados
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 beautiful beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 shotglass full of a soy sauce/mustard mix
  • 1 packet of shredded cheese
  • 8oz of Sour Cream
  • Salt & Pepper

Cut avocados and mash.  Cut onions super small.  Everybody always thinks they are putting too many onions in their guac, WRONG.  This is the key to the guac and you can never have too much. Cut tomatoes like tomatoes.

Put everything in a bowl and mix.  Then, twist the salt and pepper mill over the guac for about 12 seconds.  You should be able to see a the salt and pepper on top visibility to know you’ve got a solid amount.  Pop the mustard and soy sauce in and mix it up.

Now, for this go around in the Super Bowl spirit I decided to utilize the guacamole as the football field on top of my seven layer dip football field!!! I put some cheese for the end done, and put some sour cream in a ziploc.  Use a needle to create a small whole in the bottom corner, and you’ve got yourself a neat way to draw on the field.

Eat and enjoy.  After all, it ain’t a Super Bowl party without either A) Frohli, or B) GuacaFrohli
