    W&M 24, JMU 3: A Happy Homecoming for the Tribe

    Well my Royal Dukes weren’t up to the challenge at the William & Mary Homecoming Game this Saturday.  While I didn’t need to see a trouncing, I hoped that JMU would at least show up to the game.  But by the end of the 4th quarter, as the score crept up to an embarrassing 24 to 3, the JMU fans started to leave accompanied by a loud rendition of: Na Na Na, Na Na Na, Hey Hey Hey, Good Bye… We had a good run last year.  I guess it was our turn.     Foodie Fun

    When it comes to food, I’m pretty adventurous.  I’ll try just about anything once as long as it’s dead.  Traveling as much as I do, I get to experience all sorts of culinary delights and disasters.  The UK opened up my palate to what real Indian food could taste like and hopping from state to state across the US has yielded many pleasant surprises.  The two months I spent in DC (beginning of ‘07) were the most daring when my good friend Andrew Markert introduced me to foie gras, venison, swee
