    UK: Alcohol delivery service rejected

    “Licensing chiefs in Dorset have rejected a round-the-clock alcohol home delivery service after concerns were raised about potential disorder. After Hours, a business set up by young friends Jacob Scott and Chris Davis, would have seen beer, wine and spirits delivered to homes 24 hours a day. Bournemouth Borough Council rejected the idea, but the pair will reapply.
