If you ride a lot then you know that it is always smart to carry bike tools with you just in case. I finally got tired o carrying multiple wrenches and pliers “just in case” , so lately I’ve been looking for a way to have all the necessary tools with me without the weight of a toolbox in my bag. Now I do believe I found a perfect combo for every bike rider out there.

Taste Test: Root
Ingredients: 1 cup maple syrup 2/3 cup sugar 3 eggs 1/4 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 9 inch pie shell Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat together maple syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter and vanilla with an electric mixer until slightly thickened, about 2 or 3 minutes. Stir in chopped pecans and pour the mixture into the prepared pie shell.
